We saw Dàimh in concert in Moscow, Idaho, on tour for this album. Bought the tea-towel there. Great as previous albums, I think Ellen MacDonald's singing on this one is stellar. The instrumental work is top-notch. I'm busy learning how to fiddle some of the tunes.

Even after a half dozen full rotations I have yet to feel moved to skip ahead through any track. Every single one is excellent, there's no filler here, just pure authentic golden music throughout. I've never not loved a Wetootwaag album in the past, but this one stands out, to me, even among the others as a really stellar example of lively fingers, rich drones, lovely arrangements, and emotive expression. Jeremy's passion for this music and his connection with his instruments are on full display
